I lead high-ambiguity work across teams — through influence, not org-chart authority — and turn trust, compliance, and platform constraints into shippable strategy. Most recently at Atlassian I leaned hard into agentic engineering and context engineering for production delivery; the studio is where I practice the same muscle on my own roadmaps.

Owned Enterprise Posture Management: reusable controls and automation replacing one-off readiness work; strengthened compliance, security, and reliability for enterprise deployments under regimes such as FedRAMP/C5-style alignment pressures.
With security, product, and infrastructure partners, embedded governance earlier — shared criteria and defaults instead of downstream escalations — reducing rework and smoothing enterprise-ready releases.

Led media pipeline on CloudFront and Lambda@Edge; first production serverless path at OpenSea (Terraform, CI/CD) with Core, Mobile, Trust & Safety, and Infra partners. Sustained 150M+ req/week at 99.99%; ~250M edge invokes; zero-downtime migration; ~50% median latency improvement on key paths; pipeline and edge optimizations cut fraud-detection latency ~20%.
Zero-downtime migration of high-volume email to Iterable (~100K/day; ~5M/month); decoupled notifications for 1:1 and broadcast with an inbox-style roadmap scoped to ~10M users and creator comms across ~100K collections.
Tech-led profile launch with PM/design: architecture and sequencing, user research alignment, authored eng spec; shipped end-to-end on high-traffic surfaces.

Amazon — Senior Software Engineer

Delivered pre-checkout retail flows so customers could confirm or change delivery destination on web and mobile, with reusable in-session prompting/messaging and backend services sized for site-wide traffic; async, context-gated checks kept page renders fast. Sustained ~8.5M prompts/week (U.S. grocery) and ~25M/week (U.S. international shopping entry/exit); grocery-related launch showed positive lift (US +4.68%, UK +6.18%, DE +11.74%) in controlled experiments.
Owned design and delivery of distributed retention/deletion policy evaluation and enforcement across 400+ internal systems and histories spanning 150M+ person records; launch execution covered 60M+ records with ~99.9% verification success and remediation when source data was inconsistent. Technical lead for ~10 engineers on event-driven serverless processing (Lambda, Kinesis, DynamoDB, SQS, Redshift, S3) under compliance deadlines.
Partnered with legal, compliance, HR risk, and security to automate regulatory requirements end-to-end; aligned with product and partner engineering on customer journeys, operational visibility, and automated regression for safe rollout.
